Financial 101: Generate or create a monthly budget book just to see how your funds are going and coming. List all your income and bills. Write down payments amount and due dates and calculate your total debt and total income. Then subtract your total debt from your total income, that way you will know if your debt to income ratio is too high, low, or balance. Everytime you pay off or pay a bill, write it in the book. Budgeting will let you know where you are in debt, bills, and if you are balance, this way you can see how your funds are flowing in and out. You can also write down what in your bank accounts as well, so you can see how well you are saving, how the money is flowing, or going in the negative.

Good morning. Good morning. If you are a business or upcoming business owner get out here and network. I repeat network, don't just use social media. A lot of potential clients don't own social media, computers, laptops, or smart technology. Put yourself out there, best marketing strategy is by word of mouth, that's how mines spread. Start attending events, career fairs, neighborhood fairs, local flea markets, and etc. Create flyers and business cards and don't be afraid to pass them out. You will be surprised on how business pick up. Expand yourself, don't just stay in your local city, find out what small towns don't have the services you provide.
