All of us at Estate Sales by Debi have been busy setting up our sale for next weekend!

We ask that you please not park in front of mailboxes or driveways.
We do not pre sell, price quote, or hold items. Everything you see in the pictures will be at the sale starting on Thursday.

If you are thinking about having an estate sale in the future, here are a few tips to make it successful:

1. Call early in the process for a free consultation. We can walk you thru a timeline so you will not be rushed or stressed about getting moved, when to have the sale and when to close on your house. We make it simple for you!

2. Please do not donate, give away or throw away things. We are only interested in the houses that are full or have enough to have a successful sale. Yes, that includes clothing!

3. All you really need to be concerned about is what you are keeping and removing it from the home. We do everything else! When we are finished, the house will be empty,(usually by the following weekend) depending on how much is left.

We are insured and bonded, and have been in the Estate Sale business for about 13 years. Started in Omaha, Neb. And moved here about 4 years ago to be near children and grandchildren.

We, at Estate Sales by Debi, would like to say a big Thank You for coming to our FUN sale on Dakota Ave! It’s fun for us to set up a sale with so many cute items, but it is equally satisfying to see how much fun you guys have shopping them!

This is a very cute house full of fun items! There are antiques, vintage, boho, and current items, so something for everyone!

Sign up book will be put out the night before around 6:30 when we are putting up signs. If you want to be among the first group to enter, put your name in the book. You do not need to sign up if you aren’t concerned about being first in. You can wait for the first group (the people that signed the book) to enter and then come in after they are in.

There is a detached garage and back patio as well as an upstairs and downstairs. Make sure to visit them all!

FYI…….the book is going to be put out a little later than usual tonight. Husband has to work later than usual tonight. It will be more like 8:00-8:30. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but can’t be helped.

Our next Estate sale is next weekend! We are very excited about this one as the house is very, very full! We definitely have something for everyone!! Sale dates are:

Thursday May 18th-9:00-5:00
Friday. May 19th-9:00-4:00
Saturday. May 20th-10:00-2:00

Address is 2205 E. Sylvan Circle
Brandon, SD

****We will be putting the book out on Wednesday night after we put signs up. So around 7:30 ish…..You do not have to sign up to get into the sale. The sign up book is for those of you that want to be among the first group to get in. You can come later and just line up if you desire.

****We will be entering on the west side patio door and that is where the book will be.

****We may have to limit entry on this one as the house is smaller and is very full.
****Also, bring your own boxes because we have no where to put them! We will have bags and packing for you.

****as always, we do not pre sell, hold items or quote prices.
