“Gipprich is a WONDERFUL family owned business. My husband and I have visited often and have bought multiple high quality, fair priced, and beautifully unique pieces. He bought my diamond engagement and wedding band there, as well as his own band, and my 10 year anniversary ring. I have had many, many compliments on both the style and quality of the diamonds from all 3 pieces. Both Amy and Richard were extremely personable, had a high knowledge of the items we were looking at, and were very accommodating when it came to getting sample pieces in. We have also purchased watches, earrings, and pendants to name a few other items. One of the HUGE benefits of working with Gipprich is that if there is ever a question or concern about an item you have purchased they are more than willing to help you to look at it more closely and help to resolve any concerns. I return there often to browse and have my rings professionally cleaned (for free) and have all of the prongs checked under a microscope. If you are looking for a high quality item, and amazing customer service LOOK NO FURTHER! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewelry business.”
