The Humble Honey, Shepherdstown, WV (2026)

The Humble Honey is a one Goddess show, currently creating along the Shenandoah River in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Starting with a sheet of silver, all natural stones and a bit of magic, each piece is handcrafted using traditional silversmithing techniques. Thankfully, I chose my path at a young age, having fallen in love with turquoise at an even younger age. A little girl with a ring or thre

e on every finger, collecting rocks and wildcrafting flower jewelry. I was obsessed with anything Southwestern, Native American and definitely turquoise. With my turquoise fingers crossed that my Grand Mother wouldn’t ask for the ring that she brought home from New Mexico. Here I am today, creating the jewelry that inspired me as a child. I spent my teens and early 20’s building my workshop, honing my skills, and working in jewelry stores. I treated my job like my education, learning anything I could from anyone who was willing to shed a sliver of wisdom, some time at the bench, or allowing me to watch them work. I am finally in a place that I can create tangible magic and I am truly honored to share it with you. Adorn yourself, and your spirit, always.

The streets seemed to always be filled with art and music, and I soaked up every bit of it that I could. I eventually opened up my own studio and artist co-op on German Street for a bit and over the years I have built an amazing community of Humble Honeys, my soulmate clients who have made my world go ‘round through many seasons of life. It makes my heart so happy to share the magic of this timeless craft right where it all began.

✨⚒️Eight baby smiths walked out of my silversmith workshop yesterday, and I’m still smiling:)

⚒️They learned to saw, file, solder, polish, and make a pair of earrings with their own hands... on day one! Honestly, that’s no small feat, and they absolutely killed it👏

🫶Teaching is a welcomed challenge but I hadn’t considered how much I’d love the social part of these workshops. Watching complete strangers leave as friends. People were laughing, swapping numbers, talking about taking another class together, and cheering each other on the whole time. That made my heart so happy.

✨Thank you for the trust and for letting me be a small part of your creative journey.

⚒️Next Workshop: August 20th Higher Grounds

☕️Wow… my cup is so full. 🤍

Trying something new and investing in yourself can be scaryy. The “what if I fail?” “What if no one shows up?” thoughts can be loud.

Well… you all showed up!

⚒️I sold out my very first silversmith workshop, and because of the incredible response, I decided to host another one this month at my honey’s café, Higher Grounds .

✨Teaching silver work has always been on my “someday” list. So getting to finally step into that dream, passing down the knowledge of this timeless craft and sharing space with badass humans is a huge honor to me.

✨When I first started making jewelry 15 years ago, I was living in a tiny town in West Virginia. I had very little money to invest in myself, and tools and materials weren’t exactly cheap. I reached out to a few jewelers, hoping someone would be willing to teach me. Every single one said no.

⚒️Back then, this craft felt much more gatekept. Years later, I’ve had conversations with some of those same jewelers, some before they passed, and they shared that one of their biggest regrets was not taking the time to teach others.

I’ve carried that with me ever since.

✨Knowledge is meant to be shared. Craftsmanship grows when we lift each other up.

So thank you for being part of this next chapter of my jewelry journey. This craft has taken me so many places, and I can’t wait to see what each of you creates in my silversmith workshop. ✨🖤
