Doing events and sharing my art with the world is one of my favorite things in this life but some days are rough 🌪️

If you’re thinking about starting to do events, don’t let this scare you! It’s so worth it but go in knowing sometimes the elements are against you. You’ll find yourself packing up earlier than expected or tetrising your set up late at night, trying to protect your inventory from rain and manning down the hatchets after a big gust of wind. It just makes the good days even sweeter and its character growth ✨

Fiiiinaaaally a Shop Update!! I’ve been so busy with markets I haven’t been able to do a shop update in a while, so I’m squeezing one in for you all 🤍🥞

So far I have lots of fun donuts, poptarts, and some French Toasts in progress. I’m gonna spend this entire weekend sculpting more new things so send in your requests, I’ll do my bestest!

It’s more than just the object itself. I’ve been working with polymer clay for likeee? 9 years? Pretty much my entire 20’s. Sculpting has been with me through life changes, highs and lows, heartbreaks, losses.

The fact that I get to spread joy through my art, something I’ve built over many many years, is more than I can put into words 🥹

Strangely, I kinda find it to be a compliment when people at in-person shows assume my large array of clay magnets cant possibly be handmade.

I’ve been working with polymer clay for 7+ years and I pride myself in how quickly I can bust out a batch of some of my best sellers. My original line of fruits and veggies? I’ve made 1000’s of them at this point, I can make them in my sleep ✨

I need to make a new batch of potatoes and a sweet customer at RemFest reminded me of her potato with glasses she bought last year. “He’s just the best” she said 🥹 so i think my next batch will have to be some glasses ones 👓 Anyways. Carry on with your scrolling, just know I will likely be cackling in my studio making potato magnets.

Oh also! I am aiming my next Shop Update to be Friday May 29th.
