We are committed to personalized customer service, high quality jewelry repairs, and complete customer satisfaction. Here at Duffy Jewelers, we evaluate each piece of jewelry before a repair so we can inform the customer of what is needed to restore the integrity of their item. Using our digital microscope, we will show you the repair needed on our computer screen and document the before and after

pictures of a repair. We will check for loose and missing stones, missing and/or weak prongs, wear and other damaged areas. Every repair includes polishing and cleaning to revitalize your jewelry to a "like new" condition. Upon completion of repair, each piece of jewelry is inspected a second time to verify all stones are tight and the overall repair meets our high standard of quality. Duffy Jewelers was founded by George Duffy SR. in 1968 as a wholesale repair shop doing jewelry repairs for as many as 72 jewelry stores. Duffy had so many clients there was a need to stop doing the work for other stores and open his own retail store to give the personalized service his clients needed. Greg Duffy, current owner, began working for his father at the age of 10 by doing his dad's polishing. At the age of 15, Greg was doing basic jewelry repairs and learning the art of diamond and gemstone setting. Greg learned much of what he knows from his Dad but he was also trained at Stewarts International School for Jewelers and earned a diploma in advanced diamond setting. Greg realized that he needed learn more about the jewelry he and his dad were doing work on so he enrolled in the diamonds and colored stones programs at the Gemological Institute of America and earned the Most Prestigious Diploma in the International Gem and Jewelry Industry- GIA's Graduate Gemologist Diploma. Duffy Jewelers has a Gem Identification and Diamond Grading Lab on the premises. This lab is also used for Insurance Replacement Appraisals. Ongoing education is just one of the many ways Duffy Jewelers provide professional services to our customers. Hey friends! Remember to de-jewel before you jump in the pool! 🏊🏼‍♀️ Chlorinated water is very damaging to the metals and it could ruin your jewelry if not at once, definitely over time. So remember to take your jewelry off before entering a pool or hot tub. Keep your bling poolside 😎
