It is with mixed emotions that I share some bittersweet news with you this Black Friday. After 5 fulfilling years in business, everlur will be closing its doors to move on to bigger adventures. 🖤

This has been an incredible journey filled with creativity, passion, and the support of wonderful customers like you. You’ve been an integral part of our story from the beginning, and your loyalty has meant the world to us.

Fortunately for Shokouh and I, our beautiful bracelets helped us manifest our dream life doing what we love the most - empowering people on their healing journey! Shokouh is now living her dream as a full-time certified hypnotherapist and I am spending my days holding sacred ceremony space as an embodiment and emotional release guide, sound healer, and ecstatic dance facilitator

The decision to part ways with everlur was not an easy one, and it comes with a deep sense of gratitude for the moments we’ve shared and the support you’ve given us. It’s been an honor to serve you, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks for being part of the everlur family.

❌Non of my insecurities are mine❌

Insecurity of speaking up or speaking my truth. - comes from the generational and subconscious fear of being detained, arrested or killed if I do. A women’s voice has no place to be heard.

Insecurity of running a business - subconscious fear that as a woman I don’t have what it takes to be successful. I have no place in business. Generational trauma of women not being allowed to do business, have a credit card, get a loan or do anything without the permission and assistance of a man.

Insecurity of showing my face on social media - subconscious fear of something bad happening to me or getting arrested for showing too much of me.

Insecurity of showing up authentically - generational trauma from having to hide our beauty and who we are. No freedom of expression in what you wear, how you do your hair. Some are still forced to hide their face.

Insecurity of being creative - generational trauma for being creatively oppressed. Our ideas didn’t matter and were never as good as a man’s. Singing and dancing is forbidden.

👉🏼Women around the world are screaming enough is enough! They have tried to oppress us because they are scared of what we might create with our beauty. The are scared of what we might do with security. And they should be. Because our beauty is pure magic. ✨ And the truth is just waiting to be remembered.

The attack on every woman's sense of worth and power goes back centuries and has been passed down to you for many generations.

We are all connected. Specially as women, our female cords are all connected. What goes on around the world impacts you for that specific reason.

This is why most of us grow up feeling insecure about our bodies, our voices, our intuition, our decisions and our choices, our finances, our capabilities, our skills, our intelligence, our sexuality, our worth, and our ability to lead and show up authentically. It impacts every single insecurity you currently have.

This is why the fight for freedom in Iran is so impactful to us all. Their fight is our fight. We are fighting and we are healing this generational trauma that has lived inside of us as a collective.

Have you ever tried to create a good morning routine for yourself, yet failed to do it consistently? Yep that’s ME 👋🏼😆 for the 100th time 😬

Maybe you've seen people share their morning routines on social media or heard how important it is to have one, yet every time you set the goal you can't seem to stick with it for more than a consecutive week...

The problem I've found with people sharing their morning routines and you trying to replicate them is that they are soooo effin complicated and time-consuming. 😓

I also believe that you must pick a practice that resonates with YOU. It's really not important what feels good to me. Because we're totally different people and what's right for me, may not be the right practice for you. So instead of telling you what to do in the morning, I'm going to give you a few empowering options and have you intuitively pick one for yourself.

🔳▪️Choose 1 practice and do it consistently because you love the way it makes you feel. That’s the trick.
