I came to Treasures to fix my Mother's ring that was passed down to me. A while back I originally took the ring to a "Scotts Valley Jeweler"... I won't name names (hint, hint), and I wanted them to just size the ring to my finger. It had to be sized up a bit. When I picked up the ring the gold band was stretched thin into an oval shape which flopped around on my finger. I pointed this out and they said they didn't see anything wrong with it. When I came into Treasures I was greeted by a very sweet and kind woman and then met her daughter and her husband. It was so nice to get that warm family feeling like they were going to make everything right that the other jeweler had ruined. Sure enough they did just that. The ring was brought back to life and made very strong and expertly crafted. I also had them do tipping to my Moms wedding bands. Tipping is when they build back up the prongs holding stones in a band. Both rings look fabulous and I'll definitely come back to have them set more of my loose stones in the future.
