On Wednesday, February 5, we’re welcoming Jacqueline Ledford back to Esoterica for a donation-based sound bath designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset your energy in a gentle, supportive space.
This experience uses soothing sound frequencies to quiet the mind and invite deep relaxation. No experience is needed — just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
🕯️ Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, something comfortable to lie on, and a pillow or bolster for your head.
