How about 6 days in Amsterdam starting at $799 w/ air!!
I found a great itinerary leaving in Jan, Feb, or Mar 2011...leave out of New York. This includes hotel and breakfast daily. Add in airport transfers to and from the hotel AND a city tour on one of the days with taxes, etc and it comes out to approximately $1100 per person!!!
