My name is Caitlyn, and I am the owner/creator of Identity Designs co. I am an artist, wife, and entrepreneur based out of Hayward, California. When I began this journey, I struggled to find my niche - what could I add to people's lives that hasn't already been done? How could I avoid becoming "just another
small- business"? I started off by creating a lot of home-items, and stand alone items. It was a blast, but I felt like there was so much more that I could be doing with this company. . You could say.....I was struggling to find my Identity. *wink* ........So I dug deep. Two things led to Identity Designs:
- Something that I value is quality over quantity. I would rather have a few pieces of jewelry that have a story or a deeper sentimental value, than many pieces of jewelry that mean nothing to me.
- I have noticed that there seems to be a lot of counterfeit "unique" jewelry and style options that are not unique at all - they just cater to a smaller audience (and usually, it gets popular and blows up anyways)

No matter what piece of jewelry you purchase, it will be 100% hand-made and have its own unique flare from any other piece that I make. Whether you work with me and design your own look - or purchase from one of my collections, even if two pieces look alike - they are not 100% the same. We all have our own unique identity, and our jewelry should match our person - so find something that speaks to you!
