Happy Imbolc - Saint Bridget's Day! February 1st, 2026. A day of traditional craft making. To fit with my reading corner, I made a broom, which I have hung, bristles up! Traditional Birch (protection) base and bindings, to which I added dries Cattail (nurturing and protection), dried Wheatgerm (abundance, health), Cinnamon (prosperity, protection) and dried Lavender (protection, Love, tranquility). Cleansed with Palo Santo (clears negative energy, attracts good fortune). Hung bristles up by the side door (protection of the home, wards off negative energy).
