We thought Giant was blocked so we took him over to yesterday. It turned out he wasn't but since we were there we had a biopsy. We get the results today to try to figure out what's going on with him. He really loves riding the buses, and taking in sunshine as do I. The highlight was seeing Erin and getting some doggie treats.

When Giant and I were coming home yesterday we stopped by . I had the most delicious herb soup noodle and of course everyone loved Giant. Next Thursday we're going to the hospital, so I'm going to try their pomegranate chicken one of my favorites dishes!

Giant and I had a great day! He's a public transit baby just like the rest of the Tibbons. MUNI/BART/AC. is wonderful! From the great pictures on the wall, to the beautiful light shades on the ceiling, the intake people and nurses were so fantastic and the doctor was amazing! Giant kept trying to get some food out of Erins pocket who checked us in so then later she fed him some. It was dog treats. Lol. The biopsy is still inconclusive so they don't know if he has cancer or not. We're going to go back for another test, a liver test. The good news is he's eating like a Posey, which means a lot of food, his energy is super high, and he's gained a pound!

Dodger has been missing playing with Giant so much, but it seems he finally understands that Giant's not well. He just wants to be near him and amazingly Giant seems to be enjoying it. They're both loving the sunshine.
It's been a really rough month. We finally got the diagnosis back from the wonderful . It is cancer. A few days ago we saw the wonderful Dr. Lamont. Tonight I had a great convo with his amazing primary Dr Mats, who affectionately calls Giants temperament "spicy", lol. We have a plan worked out. Giant is eating a lot, seems to be feeling great enjoying the sunshine. Tomorrow we go see an oncologist .
I'm so so grateful to for giving me a shout out and the people who helped me!

HELP, My beautiful Giant is terribly sick. I've already spent $2500.00 on testing they think it's cancer. Now they told me that the biopsy wasn't good so I have to spend another $800 having it done again. I've begged and borrowed from friends and I know I can make this better! I'm looking for any . Does anyone have any ideas? I only make about 30,000 a year. Thank you!

Last night we lit the candle for the beginning of . I'm not a religious person, grew up celebrating all holidays in the familial way. Passover, Christmas, Easter, ...sometimes, if not religious, there's a deeper meaning, such as when my mom and I go to midnight mass for Christmas. She spent a year in a sanatorium for children with rheumatic fever when she was a little girl and it had a huge impact on her. Another is Not only do we think of the loved ones, humans and animals, we have lost as we laugh and cry at their different ways, but today we reflect on how we may have not been at our best. How we may have hurt others, even without intent, as well as being forgiving ourselves. In forgiveness, not lord it over people heads. Know that people sometimes do or say things without thought, or in moment of anger. I try to do this each day, thinking how I can perhaps be a little kinder, a little more understanding, forgiving, but I think there's something to be said for putting a day aside for this.

It's been a hard couple of days but after two trips to I think we kind of have a plan. .sarahinman has such a wonderful place! The people she employs are amazing! Thank you Ashley and Sara! I just hope that Giant can get over this hump and start eating again! Seems he was feeling better right away as he poked his head out to catch some rays.
