This vintage beauty doesn’t have a nickname. It doesn’t have a date complication, it only tells you the time and looks damn good doing it. Direct from Japan, this Seiko 7140 dress watch is giving major calatrava/pie pan seamaster vibes. Mixed metal case with champagne double dial, only 6.5mm thick, and she’s available. (Ps. One of these live in my collection)

This is such a cool example of a vintage Japanese dress watch. I love how aged it looks with the patina on the case. I have a feeling it’s made of raw brass, which very much lends itself to patina. That paired with the Breguet style hands, thin profile, and off white dial makes for a uniquely vintage look.

Some new watches hitting the shelf today. Mostly small dial dress watches like this lighthouse by citizen. Beautiful piece at only about 31mm. Sports a 16mm strap, and breguet hands, so if you’re on the lookout for a smaller dial vintage this one is an excellent choice.

90’s model Orient ladies quartz bracelet watch. She’s so tiny, might be the smallest dial I’ve ever seen. Minimalistic dot indexes on an understated white dial with an integrated two tone dot bracelet in the same motif. Included is a safety chain for easier on-off. This one’s a find.
