I had been holding onto old silverware and silver items for a couple decades and finally decided to move out what I was not going to use. I did some research then I called them at the end of the day yesterday. They were helpful on the phone and even texted me where they offer free parking. I came in this morning with a large suitcase of items. Rosario led me into a private room and together we looked at each item. Nothing was rushed and she was very present and engaging. She educated me in the process of evaluating every piece. She pointed out important facts and welcomed all my questions. Then she walked me through the process of weighing, pricing, payment, and even explained what happens to what I’m giving to them. It was an incredibly enjoyable process, not longer than was comfortable, and I walked out with more money transferred into my bank than I had expected. I highly recommend them.
