Bob's Journey Begins It has begun.... I have started to lose weight... Follow with me as the journey continues to my goal of 185 pounds...

Morning's numbers..... insulin is high, but I was out of insulin, but have it now, so the sugar is on the way back dow...

And I now have lost 41pounds since I started on the 24th of February at 349...
