I am a jewelry designer specializing in custom-made jewelry. Robert, MO, just outside the main gate of Ft. Leonard Wood in Pulaski County, however I serve Rolla, Lebanon, Waynesville, Crocker and surrounding areas. Together with great communication and photographs we will create what you envision in gold, silver or platinum. We can use metal and stones you already own or we can provide everything.

Everything can include not only metals but diamonds to precious stones to uniquely cut stones. I am a master jeweler and have been in this business over 42 years. Which means I can do just about anything concerning jewelry repair, restoration and design. Laura's Jewelry Designs, LLC is listed and rated with the Jewelers Board of Trade, and is a member of Jewelers of America, Missouri Jewelers Association and the St. Louis Area Better Business Bureau. Custom doesn’t always mean from scratch, and this ring is a stunning example 🤩

Our client came to us with her new wedding set, feeling like it just wasn’t right for her. She loved her ring guard and her new center diamond, but the wedding ring itself didn’t match the guard… or her personality.
She brought in her original wedding set with her, and asked if we could repurpose the accent stones from that OG set to make her perfect ring…
ABSOLUTELY! 😁
So we got to work going over the oodles of options with her but we couldn’t find THE ring. We did, however, nail down what design elements she loved!
She landed on a classic accented band that could accommodate her existing accent stones 💎, paired with a gorgeous 6-prong tulip head setting for a hidden floral flair 💐
To keep costs down, we sourced different components of the design and married them into her perfect ring — right here in our workshop 📍

And voilà! Her perfect ring came to life & it fits her guard like a glove 🥳

From sketch to reality… digitally ✨

We’re already doing custom work completely in-house, but carving and sculpting wax models by hand takes time.
And while this technique achieves organic one-of-a-kind details and finishes that just aren’t possible any other way, it can also be very unforgiving. Design changes or casting mishaps can mean having to start from scratch on sections of the model, if not the whole model itself.
Jewelry CAD software offers precision, flexibility and —most importantly— speed. Design changes can happen in seconds and duplicate models can be made easily. These digital designs are precise to fractions of a millimeter, geometric shapes and angles can be made perfect, and images can be made into 3D additions to a piece.

With this new tool in our belt, the sky is the limit 🌅🌌🌉🌃🌄
