2. We are very fair and will inform you as to limits on each piece. This gives all shoppers an opportunity to get as many of the different pieces as possible. ALBUM CLAIMS
1. Information on each album is posted on that album. Albums with "in stock" pieces are generally pulled on Wednesday of each week. Those pieces are invoiced on Thursday.
2. New Releases-These pieces are "preclaims"-we ordered those pieces and they will arrive from corporate. We pull those when they arrive and invoice on the Thursday of their ARRIVAL. We don't invoice those (or count them towards your invoice) until we physically have them at KPB. Shipping times from corporate can vary and can take up to several weeks. SHIPPING
1. Please be sure that you have the correct mailing address in PayPal when you pay. We do not change addresses for you. This voids the Buyer/Seller Protection that PayPal offers.
2. We ship on Mondays unless the post office is closed. In that case, packages are shipped the next business day.
3. 1-4 pieces PULLED during our invoice cycle, shipping is $4. If we pull 5+ pieces, shipping is FREE. RETURN POLICY
1. If you receive a piece that is damaged/broken, please send a private message to Kathy's Paparazzi Bling as soon as you receive the piece. Please only message KPB and not Kathy's personal Facebook/Instagram.
2. Send us a picture of the piece.
3. Most times, a piece can be easily fixed. We will handle situations on a case-by-case basis.
