I have some Tufa cast earrings for sale! I am selling them at a great price, as i was experimenting with small, light castings, which can be difficult. The two dangle earrings, one pair with stabalized Kingman turquiose, the other pair with simulated corral, are both 105.00 with domestic shipping. The other pair are a bit more wieght, 125.00. Navajo Handmade Vintage Style Squash Blossom for Sale!

This is a new handmade sterling silver Squash Blossom done in the older vintage style, Pre 60’s. I hand formed and handmade each piece from poured sterling silver. Each piece, although it may look the same, upon close inspection you will notice it is different and unique. This adds to the beauty and spirit, unlike machine made beads or Najas. It was made in a good way and spirit. It has my hallmark, my last name “Twitchell” on the Naja and earrings.

I hand formed the Navajo Beads and they are approximately (2) 10.5mm, (58) 12mm, and each of the (14) Blossoms are about 1-3/4 inches long with 12 mm beads. The earrings are (2) 13mm by 1-5/8 inches long, not including the ear loops. The chain is 1.5mm sterling silver box with handmade clasp. I did purchase the chain… The total length is about 26-1/2 inches with the 2-inch extender. It could be worn as a 24” necklace to 26.5”.

The Naja has (3) Tyrone Turquoise cabochons that I purchased at the Tucson Gem show last year that is backed Tyrone mine in New Mexico. The Naja diameter is just shy of 2-7/8". With the earrings the total weight is about 193 grams. It took me a couple of months to make. Message me if you would have any questions or would like additional photos.

Well...finally finished it up over the weekend. 193 grams of total wieght with the earrings, 24" with 2" extension to adjust, all hand made with Natural Tyrone Turquoise. I hand poured, rolled out and formed for each piece, including the Naja. The Naja was hammered formed from two pieces into half rounds and soldered together. The bezels are thick 22 guage fine silver for the turquiose. Will have to see if my wife or daughter will be willing to model. Gonna post for sale on FB and Etsy.

I have the week off for Thanksgiving...time to finish a project, vintage style squash blossom necklace. I love the turquoise i picked out earlier this year, some nice Tyrone NM stones, from the Tucson Gem stone event. I love Morenci, Tyrone, Bisbee stones, especially since I worked at all 3 sites...lol. Just have to finish the earring set, polish and string up.

A little late on the Father's day bolo. The stone cabachon was cut and polished by my grandfather many decades ago, before he passed. The silver was pure silver my dad gave me that he had since before I was born, I added copper to make sterling, rolled it, wired and made the half round. All hand made and forged by hand. Hope he likes it. I'm so terrible, I have monther's day gift still that I wanted to give to her personally but haven't made to albuquerque yet...maybe in a few weeks.

Using some left over sterling from my Navajo Pearl neclace to make a royston turquoise pendant. Saw the cabechon in Flagstaff a few weeks back, couldnt resist. Have it sanded and cleaned, now going place in with some eggs for nice dark petina, then polish and set the stone.

Finished some Royston Earrings. The post turquoise portions are backed and stabilized, the lone two turquoise are natural stones. Very nice and rare natural stones. Total length is about 2 and a quarter inches, and i have them attached from post to long segment with a detachable ring so you could make two sets of earrings if too long. They are light at only 12g and are Sterling silver.
