I have been making some epoxy pieces and will be posting pictures as I get them. These are great for using the ends of hair that get cut while making bigger pieces. White hair doesn't show up very well but brown, red, and black do.

Christina Balch I am in love with the progress of this hatband and I just had to post a sneak peek of it. I always feel bad for how long it takes me to get pieces done but this is such an emotional art that I choose to only work on pieces when I'm in a certain headspace. It feels somehow wrong to work on these pieces when I'm joyful, like I'm dishonoring the horses somehow. I don't want to just crank them out assembly line style but I do want to get your horses hair back to you quickly so you can enjoy them. Thank you so much for your patience with me and I hope that Stryder will see how much you love taking him with you everywhere.

I try to waste as little hair as possible and I send you back all the unused hair with your order. I only do one persons orders at a time so that no hair gets mixed up. When I make anything with a braid I have enough offcuts from the ends to make a couple tassles or resin pieces which I can add at half price. I hate wasting those scraps because we can never get more hair once they're gone.

These are some bases I have for resin jewelry. The heart and rectangles make great keychains too. Dark hair shows up the best on the ones with backs. White hair needs an open back to show up as it goes almost clear when it's put in resin.

I will add pictures of more recent pieces soon. I have added resin molds to my supply closet and can do some really neat pieces. My newest favorite is the pawprint. I have some orders I'm currently working on so I am about a month out.

I took advantage of the sunshine earlier this week and worked on some pieces outside. Playing catchup on orders.

Sometimes we are emotional and forget to collect hair. I can make pieces like this with a very small amount of hair that can be found on a blanket, in the pasture or stuck in a brush.
They're also a great way to use hair cutoff from other pieces being made like a tassle.
