When you’re part of the family, of course you need to be part of the wedding celebration too. 🐾💍

One of my favorite customers reached out because her brother-in-law was having a marriage celebration over Labor Day weekend, and they wanted to make sure his fiancée’s dog, Owen, had a place at the party.

The solution? Three dozen Owens for the dessert table! 🥹

I used his photo as my inspiration, piping each little face and then hand-painting the details to bring his sweet expression to life. And because he was celebrating his humans, Owen got a special heart-shaped N + C tag for the occasion. 🤍

I absolutely love when customers ask me to turn the pets they adore into cookies. There’s something extra special about making sure every member of the family gets included in the celebration — even the four-legged ones. 🐾

Butterfly 🦋 Baby shower 🌿

My customer fell in love with a gorgeous set of sugar cookies by Carmz’ Sweets - Custom Cookies and asked me to use them as inspiration for Eliana’s baby shower cookies.

I never copy another cookie artist’s work, but I’m always happy to take the elements a customer loves and reinterpret them in my own way—tweaking designs, colors and details to fit their celebration and create a set that feels uniquely theirs.

For this one, it was all about soft lavender, blush florals, greenery and butterflies. I also added the sweetest mini edible wafer-paper butterflies from CookieMonger to a few of the designs for just a little extra butterfly magic. 🦋

I love how soft and romantic this set turned out—and those floral butterflies were definitely a labor of love! 🌸🦋

Happy Monday, friends! 💙🍋

Brandy celebrated the big 4-0 with a Greece-inspired lemon theme, and I absolutely loved bringing this one to life!

Mediterranean blues, sunny yellow lemons, soft olive greenery, and those Greek tile-inspired patterns all came together for such a bright, elegant set. And of course, I couldn't resist turning the 0 in 40 into a lemon. 🍋

🍂 A little fall booking PSA from your friendly neighborhood cookie lady… 🍪

Every year I say it, and every year fall sneaks up FAST! September is already completely booked, and October has just a few openings remaining.
If you’re thinking, “Oh, my event isn’t until November/December—I have plenty of time!” …this is your gentle reminder that you probably don’t. 😂

🍁 Fall and winter are my busiest months of the entire year, and I’m currently booking approximately 6–8 weeks in advance. I already have customers on my calendar for November AND December!

Right now: ❤️ September — BOOKED 🤍 Week of October 5 — Limited availability ❤️ Week of October 12 — BOOKED 🤍 Week of October 19 — Limited availability 🤍 Week of October 26 — Limited availability

And once those spots are gone, they’re gone. I can only make so many cookies (and maintain what remains of my sanity 🤣).

So if you have a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, wedding, corporate event, Halloween party, Thanksgiving celebration or holiday event coming up, please don’t wait until a few weeks beforehand to reach out.

When the bride-to-be is going to be Mrs. Lacy… you KNOW I had to add a little lace. 🤍

Blush and white set the tone for Lilianna’s bridal shower, with bows, delicate florals and lace-inspired details woven throughout the set—a little nod to her soon-to-be new last name. 🎀

From the tiny wedding gowns to the floral easels, oversized bows and all that pretty piped texture, I loved giving each design its own little romantic detail while keeping everything soft and cohesive.

Future Mrs. Lacy has a pretty nice ring to it, don’t you think? 💍🤍

Happy Friday! 💕📱💿

Bre’s Y2K bachelorette set was SUCH a fun little trip back in time! Flip phones, iPods, MASH, and of course…the smiley-face boxers. Because apparently no Y2K bachelorette party is complete without underwear. 😂

I had way too much fun with all the tiny details on these — especially that ridiculous little MASH cookie! My hand may never forgive me. 😆

Here’s to a fabulous weekend, friends! 💕 Now excuse me while I go find my low-rise jeans, butterfly clips and burned CD collection. 💿✨

⛳️ FORE! Ayven is ONE! 💚

When the theme calls for green and white, you find ways to make green and white a little more interesting! 😂

I pulled out my airbrush for this golf/polo-inspired first birthday set, adding classic stripes and argyle to give all that green and white some extra personality. Golf carts, personalized golf hats, a dapper little golfer and lots of tiny golf balls rounded out this set..🏌‍♂️

And those little dimples on the golf balls? I used the back of my scribe tool to make every single one. Sometimes the simplest tools make the best details! ⛳️

Party animals… but make it WILD. 🦁🦒🐊🦓🎉

I’ve made my share of Party Animal cookies, but this was definitely my first time adding an okapi to the guest list! 😂

Mom asked for bright, happy colors, lots of stripes, party hats on the animals…and one very special request. Big sister is obsessed with the okapis at the Sacramento Zoo, so of course one had to make an appearance for Aiden’s first birthday! 🥹❤️

I had SO much fun with this set! There’s just something about animals dressed for a party that makes me happy.

👑 A little princess is on the way! 👑

Mama-to-be wanted four of her favorite princesses represented for Baby Blake’s shower — Ariel, Cinderella, Rapunzel & Belle. 💕 So rather than choosing just one, I gave each princess her own little moment!

I paired each princess-inspired baby bottle with a coordinating ruffled onesie, then brought everything together with Cinderella’s carriage, enchanted mirrors, a dreamy castle and, of course, a little gold sparkle. ✨🏰

I especially loved figuring out how to incorporate four completely different princesses while still keeping the whole set soft, cohesive and baby-shower sweet.

When you wish upon a star… sometimes a little princess is exactly what you get. 💫👶🏻👑

A little different from my usual cookie post today… ❤️

Today is a pretty big day in our family. My son is moving to Switzerland. 🇨🇭

He’s heading to Basel to continue pursuing the thing he loves most—music—and I could not be more proud of him. He's a jazz bassist. It’s an incredible opportunity and the beginning of such an exciting new chapter in his life.

As his mom, though? I’m feeling about 47 different emotions at once. 😂 I’m thrilled for him, incredibly proud, excited to see where this adventure takes him…and also trying to wrap my head around the fact that one of my babies is moving to another COUNTRY.

Raising your kids to grow up, chase their dreams and build lives of their own is exactly what we’re supposed to do. Apparently no one tells you how bittersweet it feels when they actually do it. ❤️

So today, instead of cookies, I’m celebrating this guy and the adventure ahead of him.

Switzerland, take good care of him. 🇨🇭❤️
