With my sons diagnosis, I’m starting to wonder if I’m AuDhd instead of only ADHD. The way it affects us both is really similar. Did anyone else go through the diagnosis process for themselves after their kid was diagnosed? I plan to eventually after we get all of his stuff squared away because it’s a long 100 step process journey we’re on right now lol or at least it feels like it

Let’s talk about Mugwort snd Seer Stone!

Mugwort is deeply tied with psychic enhancement and dream work. Readers may burn it before readings or have it going during them for the clarity and psychic connections that it brings. Some people have even been known to smoke it, but I’m not here to encourage that do your research people. 😉😉😉

Seer Stone- is a really unique crystal that is used for scrying it looks like a little window, for you to gaze into and see what comes through. It’s also widely used for meditation and gazing into it can allow you to see not just visions, but it can heighten intuition and give you a point of focus when you’re trying to get your own messages.

Working with both of these together would be great if you’re someone like me who has a hard time getting her own messages and doing readings for herself. You could burn some mug work on a charcoal disc next to seer stone with soft lighting and maybe some quiet music and a candle.

If you’re someone who has a lot of messages in their dreams, have a seer stone and some dried mugwort in a bowl next to your bed next to your dream journal before you get settled to sleep, stare into your seer stone and rub it on your third eye and rub some mugwort on your pillow or hands with the intention that you want to have clear and vivid dreams and to remember them exactly when you wake up so you can interpret your message.
