Each farm must meet 4 major criteria...
1. They must be a small scale family farm (not a large scale factory farm)

2. They must raise their birds on open pastures (never caged or overcrowded)

3. Each feather must be hand collected after birds naturally molt them (birds are never killed for their feathers)

4. Feathers must be washed for safe handling
