All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes between 2-7 days for delivery in the United States. USPS shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed, unless you choose to purchase guaranteed overnight/2 day shipping. There will be no refunds for packages that do not arrive by a certain date for first class or Priority Mail via USPS. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered, it is your responsibility to check with your local mail carrier and post office. There will be no refunds for packages marked as delivered. CARING FOR JEWELRY:
Do not use chemical cleaners on your jewelry. Simply polish it with a soft cloth. If letter fading occurs, you can purchase stamping enamel or use a fine point black marker to make the letters stand out again Use a soft cloth to remove excess marker or enamel.
