A new IACES membership year begins July 1, and renewal packets are on the way!

If you didn’t pick yours up at the June General Membership Meeting, keep an eye on your mailbox. 📬

When your renewal arrives, please take a quick look and let us know if any of your information has changed.

Renewals can be paid in The Pub, at Thirsty Thursday, by mail, or dropped off during Pub hours. Payments can be made by check, cash or card. (Card payments available in person in The Pub or during Thirsty Thursdays)

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there and the ones that we have lost! We sure miss our dad and founder Tom Casey!

🕯️ For some, Father's Day is a celebration.

For others, it is a day of remembrance.

Today, many people will think of a father, grandfather, stepfather, or father figure who is no longer here. A man whose chair now sits empty, but whose presence is still felt in the stories, lessons, and memories he left behind.

The years may pass, but the impact of a good father often remains for a lifetime.

Thinking today of all those remembering their fathers with love.

🏡🌿 Mayo has been named the best county in Ireland to live in, according to a recent study that examined everything from crime rates and house prices to access to nature, supermarkets, schools and other key amenities. Mayo came out on top thanks to its strong balance of affordability, quality of life and access to services.

🥈 Kerry claimed second place, while 🥉 Clare completed the top three, with both counties scoring highly for their natural beauty, community appeal and overall lifestyle offering.

The research looked beyond just property prices, taking into account the everyday factors that matter most to residents – including safety, green spaces, local amenities and access to essential services. It’s great to see the west of Ireland so strongly represented at the top of the rankings. 🌊⛰️
