A bit about my Massage and Reiki business, I went to school for massage because I myself was going through chronic autoimmune issues that no one took seriously. But just seriously enough to try to put me on pain meds and antidepressants. That was not the way I wanted to go, and massage was at the time a great pain and stress reliever for me. I decided that there were others out there like me and boy have i found that not only there sure is, but there is way more out there then even I anticipated. I don't do spa massages. Not to say there isn't a time and place for them, but that's not what you'll get when you see me. My angle is pain reduction and actual help. I can even recommend homework to keep you balanced when you're in between appointments
My reiki I trained for while I was in school for massage. To say that being a massage therapist at the same time as a reiki master is a game changer is an understatement. You get unintended reiki every time I touch someone
I am a safe space. No matter what your beliefs are, how you identify, when you walk in my room you are accepted as is. It is not my place to do anything but love
I LOVE bartering. I say it all the time, but I really do. And we all can use a massage right?
I volunteer my time. ALOT to all different charities and causes. I have done chair massages for families with children battling cancer, breast cancer fundraisers and I donate all the time too to help organizations raise the money they need.
I think it's very important to be of service to others. That being said....
I AM a business. I'm a one woman show. I use the money I make to pay my bills and take care of my family just like everyone else that goes to an office 9-5. And as such I expect to be treated with the same respect for my time and talent that I offer to others.
That should go without saying...but I find myself still needing to remind others

I have been 1 year in the office where I am currently and I absolutely love it.

I have been a certified reiki master since 2019. Among the traditional usuai reiki and symbols I also incorporate Norse runes into the healing and really make the energy work my own. Hospitals in the US are starting to use reiki to help their patients heal. Energy and the human touch, western medicine is finally catching up to the 5000 years of what eastern and shamanic medicine people have always known.
What are some of the benefits?

Foster tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery.
Stimulate your body's immune system.
Promote natural self-healing.
Relieve pain and tension.

As I like to tell my clients, unlike what western medicine says,we are not separate puzzle pieces. Heal one thing and it helps to heal others.
