Placement is everything, especially with dermals! โœจ

Iโ€™m not here to bash any other artists, but I am here to advocate for your skin.. This client came to me with a dermal that was placed a bit too low on her cheek, which eventually led to it rejecting. Please always keep in mind when a dermal is placed too low or in an area with high movement/thin skin, the body is much more likely to โ€œpushโ€ it out (rejection). In this case, the original placement just wasnโ€™t doing babygirl any favors. ๐Ÿฅบ

Instead of waiting for the old site to fully close, we were able to remove the rejecting anchor and do a fresh, anatomically correct placement right away ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

Pro-tip for my piercing lovers: ALWAYS do your research! DONโ€™T ever be afraid to ask about placement or any concerns you may have. Your face (and your jewelry) will thank you! ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿ’–
