From one beautiful setting to another ✨💛

You may remember this gorgeous cushion-cut yellow diamond from the engraved mounting we shared back on July 20th, the same mounting that found its perfect new match with a vibrant blue zircon.

But the story didn’t end there.

Our client loved her yellow diamond and wanted to give it a whole new look for her engagement ring. Her wish list? A bigger presence on the hand, comfortable everyday wear, and an entirely golden look.

We created a bold new design featuring her cushion-cut yellow diamond surrounded by a halo of yellow diamonds, all wrapped in warm yellow gold. This gives her center diamond significantly more presence while keeping the design streamlined and incredibly wearable.

And the best part? She was absolutely thrilled with her upgrade. 💛

This is why we love redesigning jewelry. Sometimes a treasured stone simply needs a new setting to feel completely new again, and in this case, one redesign ultimately gave two beautiful gemstones their perfect homes.

Today, the world feels a little less sparkly. 🤍✨

There are some people whose legacy simply cannot be measured by awards, records, accolades, or years. Dolly Parton was one of those rare souls.

Her incredible talent gave us songs that became the soundtrack to our lives, but her legacy reached far beyond music. She gave generously, loved deeply, stayed true to her roots, championed childhood literacy, treasured family, shared her faith, and used her success to make life a little brighter for others. She showed us that you could be larger than life while still leading with kindness, humility, humor, and heart. 💖

How blessed are we to have lived in the same lifetime as Dolly Parton? To have heard her voice, laughed at her quick wit, watched her shine, and witnessed the extraordinary impact one person could have on generations of people.

As jewelers, we talk so often about legacy. We are entrusted with pieces that belonged to mothers, grandmothers, fathers, husbands, wives, and loved ones who came before us. And time and time again, we are reminded that the true value of an heirloom has very little to do with the gold or gemstones it holds. Its greatest value is in the story, the memories, and the person who once held it close. 💕

Dolly leaves behind an heirloom of her own...one made of music, generosity, laughter, faith, stories, and love. It is a legacy that will be passed from generation to generation, long after all of us are gone.

There will never be another Dolly.

We will cherish the songs. We will tell the stories. We will remember the laughter, the rhinestones, the big hair, the butterflies, and that unmistakable voice. But most importantly, we will remember the heart underneath all that sparkle.

Heaven sure gained some sparkle today. ✨ We find comfort knowing that Dolly is now home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 🤍

What a life. What a woman. What an incredible legacy.

Thank you, Dolly, for sharing your gifts with the world. How lucky - how truly blessed - we were to be here at the same time.

💍 Congratulations to Mikey & Carrie! 🤍

Mikey came to us with a beautiful diamond and one very important goal: to create Carrie’s perfect ring. Together, we designed a stunning three-stone setting that showcases her diamond as the star, accented by sparkling side diamonds and beautiful two-tone details.

And judging by these photos… we’d say she LOVES it! 😍

Mikey popped the question in beautiful Montana, and seriously… how STUNNING are these engagement photos?! The scenery, the happy couple, and of course, that ring! 🏔️💍✨

There’s something extra special about creating a ring specifically for the person you love, and we’re so happy we got to play a small part in Mikey & Carrie’s story.

It’s wedding band season in the Studio! 💍✨

We just delivered this custom beauty, and we love how it turned out! These sweet clients wanted a wedding band that felt classic but still had something a little unexpected, so together we created this gorgeous yellow gold channel-set band featuring alternating princess-cut and baguette diamonds.

The contrast between the sparkle of the princess cuts and the sleek, clean lines of the baguettes gives this band such a beautiful rhythm. Finished with the warmth of polished yellow gold, it’s timeless and tailored.

One of our favorite parts of custom design is taking an idea and turning it into a piece that represents you, especially when it’s something you’ll wear every single day. 🤍

Wedding season is keeping our benches busy, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We LIVE for a good repurposing project… especially when it comes with a major color upgrade! 💚✨

This wonderful client was ready to give her wedding set a fresh new look while still holding onto the pieces that had been part of her story for years. Her one request? COLOR. And what better way to make a statement than with one of the most coveted and beautiful gemstones of all - emerald! 😍

Rather than starting completely from scratch, Russ found a creative way to incorporate her original wedding bands and two of her loose diamonds into the new design. He repurposed them into a gorgeous diamond jacket, perfectly framing her new emerald engagement ring while preserving the sentiment and history of her original set.

The rich green emerald, her original diamonds, the mix of metals… it all came together into something completely new while still honoring where it began.

Same sentimental pieces. Brand-new personality. 💚💎

This is exactly why we love repurposing jewelry; sometimes the most incredible “new” piece is already sitting in your jewelry box, just waiting to be reimagined.

There’s a lot more to choosing the right diamond than simply looking at the numbers on a grading report. Two diamonds can look very similar on paper but appear completely different in person, which is why knowing what to prioritize can make all the difference.

So, we asked our master jeweler and diamond expert, Russ, to weigh in. After decades of working hands-on with diamonds, designing custom jewelry, and helping clients find the right stone, which of the 4 Cs does he think matters most?

Wedding rings are ready for this adorably sweet couple! 💍🤍

Adeline has a beautiful, classic ballerina-style engagement ring and wanted something a little more creative for her wedding bands. Russ handcrafted this whimsical jacket-style design to perfectly nestle around her engagement ring, and the result is uniquely hers!

For Charles, we created a classic men’s band with subtle details that make it special: a high-polish finish accented by matte-finished outer rails and a round brilliant diamond set right in the center.

Adeline and Charles are getting married next week in Portland, Oregon, and we couldn’t be more excited for them! It has truly been such a pleasure getting to know this sweet couple and creating the rings they’ll wear as they begin married life together.

Eeek! They’re engaged! 💍✨

Ford had been working with Gabrielle for quite some time to create the perfect ring for Kennedy. From the very beginning, he knew she was the one, and it was such an honor to help bring their vision to life.

Against the charming backdrop of Charleston, South Carolina, Ford asked Kennedy to marry him in a place that already held so much meaning. Charleston was the destination of their very first trip together, and they spent hours talking in the College of Charleston courtyard, creating memories that would stay with them for years. When it came time to propose, Ford knew there was no more fitting place to begin this next chapter. You can see the excitement when Kennedy said, “Yes!”

We designed a stunning 14k yellow gold marquise engagement ring paired with a perfectly contoured diamond band jacket that beautifully frames the center stone. The result is timeless, elegant, and uniquely hers.

We live for a good jewelry transformation. ✨

Our client came to us with a beautiful engraved setting that she loved… just not as her engagement ring. Instead of scrapping such a stunning piece, we knew it deserved a second life.

As luck would have it, we had the perfect gemstone waiting for it, one of our absolute favorites: a vivid blue zircon. 💙 The fit was so perfect, you’d swear this ring was originally made for the stone. And that rich blue against the warm gold? Pure magic.
