Wow, it's been a while since I finished a piece! A friend sent me a collection of random stones to play with, and this is what I came up with for one of the stones. It's tricky and fun to figure out how to wrap an irregularly shaped stone while trying to keep visible all the features that make it interesting! I wanted to keep this one simple, but when I finished the outer wrap, I found that you could easily push the stone out from behind. I added the twisted silver and antiqued copper wires to hold it in place, so it's now more elaborate than originally intended. Still, I *think* the cool features of this stone are visible enough!
