Super cute 🐰

Last night I got to visit the Crafting Queens Fortress, also known as Everything That Sparkles Headquarters, aka Stephanie’s house, for some much-needed girl time and crafting 🖤🍷✨

She surprised me with this adorable bunny nutcracker we got to make, and it was the perfect mix of fun and challenge. I’m honestly obsessed with how he turned out!

But more than the craft itself, moments like this remind me how much friendship, community, and support are woven into every part of this journey.

I think about it all the time, how something as simple as our daughter breaking a very expensive candle ended up being the strange little catalyst that led to Maxilyn House and everything that followed. Life is funny like that.

Just yesterday, a few of our makers, who are now truly dear friends, came by the shop to hang out. I was buried in tax prep while they worked on their own projects at the creative table, and watching that filled my heart in a way I don’t even have words for.

Maxilyn House might still be unknown to so many, but the people who do know it, the ones who have been part of it, understand what’s at the core of everything we’re building here: community.

And I am grateful for our village every single day. I truly can’t express how much it means to me 🖤
