Happy 20th Birthday to Jaylen! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‚

Jaylen is one of the original founders of Ash & Co. from HeartShare Education Center and has been part of Ash & Co. since the very beginning. ๐Ÿ’™

From helping make bracelets to being part of so many of our early memories and milestones, Jaylen helped shape Ash & Co. into what it is today.

Weโ€™re so excited to celebrate him today. Happy 20th Birthday, Jaylen! ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽˆ

Happy Birthday to Noah! ๐ŸŽ‰

Noah has been part of Ash & Co. from the very beginning. He originally attended another class at HeartShare Education Center, but after seeing what we were doing, he asked if he could join Ash & Co. This year, he officially moved into the Ash & Co. classroom โ€” and today weโ€™re excited to announce another big milestone:

Noah has been promoted to General Manager of Ash & Co. at HeartShare Education Center! ๐Ÿ‘

Noah is always willing to help wherever he is needed. From making bracelets and helping with social media, to attending events, organizing supplies, and even building microwaves, Noah is always ready to jump in and get the job done.

We are so proud of everything Noah has accomplished and canโ€™t wait to see him continue to grow in his new role.

Help us wish Noah a very Happy Birthday and congratulations on his promotion! ๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ‰

Ash & Co. is still going strong at Heartshare Education Center! ๐Ÿ’—

Students spent the day making and selling bracelets and keychains featuring pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From creating the pieces to helping with the sale, they were involved every step of the way.

Itโ€™s so exciting to see Ash & Co. continuing to grow at the Education Center and to see everything the students are accomplishing there. ๐Ÿ’—

We missed these faces! โค๏ธ

Today, students from HeartShare Education Center came to spend the day at Ash & Co.โ€™s Adult Services location. We havenโ€™t had them here since August, so it was so nice having them back!

The students work hard at Ash & Co. every day at the school, and today they brought those skills over to our adult locationโ€”making bracelets and keychains, breaking down boxes, and even helping install light fixtures.

We loved having them with us again and seeing them jump right back into the work! โœจ

Ash & Co. was proud to be part of todayโ€™s Disability Pride Parade NYC in Union Square Park!

Heartshare walked in the parade and had a table sharing information about our programs and services, including Ash & Co. We also sold Ash & Co. bracelets and had the chance to connect with so many wonderful people throughout the day. โœจ

A very special shoutout to Enzo and Shiloh from HeartShare Education Center, who are participants in Ash & Co., for helping sell bracelets today! It was so special to see them sharing their work, connecting with the community, and being part of a day filled with pride, joy, inclusion, and celebration.

Weโ€™re grateful to have shared such a meaningful day with our HeartShare community and everyone who came out to celebrate Disability Pride.

Michael brings so much energy to Ash & Co. and is almost always smiling, laughing, or talking! ๐Ÿ’™ His personality lights up the room, and weโ€™re so lucky to have him as part of our Ash & Co. team.

We hope you have the best birthday, Michael! ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽˆ

What began as a school-based project has grown into meaningful employment and vocational opportunities for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities โ€” and weโ€™re so grateful to everyone helping us continue that mission. โœจ
