Individuals from Queens Day Hab were hard at work making and packaging bracelets headed to the Brooklyn Women's Exchange ! 📦💎

From creating each bracelet to preparing them for delivery, every step provides opportunities to build vocational skills, confidence, and independence.

Three years ago, Ash & Co started in a classroom with a simple idea: create something meaningful while building real-world skills and opportunities. 💙

Since then, it has grown into so much more.

✨ Handmade bracelets designed and created with purpose
✨ Vocational training and meaningful work experiences
✨ Pop-ups, events, partnerships & retail opportunities
✨ A community that continues to believe in our makers and our mission

Every bracelet has a story. Every bead has a purpose. And we’re just getting started. 💫

🌊☀️ Ash & Co on the Coney Island Boardwalk!

Individuals from our Avenue L program were invited to Ruby's Bar & Grill to sell Ash & Co bracelets and put their vocational and sales skills into action! 💙🧿

A huge thank you to Ruby's Bar & Grill for welcoming us and supporting HeartShare!

Meet the Maker: Mamadou 💙✨

Mamadou is a student at the HeartShare Education Center and one of Ash & Co’s talented designers. Having been part of Ash & Co at the school for quite some time, he’s had lots of practice creating bracelets—and it shows!

Sweet, observant, and always paying attention to the details, Mamadou truly loves making bracelets. We’re so excited for you to meet him and see him at work. 💙

Individuals from Queens Day Hab practiced using our new POS system—ringing up customers, navigating the system, and building real-world retail skills along the way.

⚾️💙 HeartShare Night at the Brooklyn Cyclones!

Last night, Ash & Co returned to the Brooklyn Cyclones for the second time this summer to sell our handmade bracelets!

What made this night especially meaningful was seeing so many of the adults who come to Ash & Co at the game — and getting to watch them see our bracelets on display at the ballpark for the first time! 🥹💛

Noah joined us to help sell bracelets, and we even ran into some of our Ash & Co students from our school days!

Another special night bringing Ash & Co out into the community. Thank you to HeartShare and the Brooklyn Cyclones for having us! ⚾️✨
