I just had an interesting interaction with a customer who wanted to buy a piece of jewelry from my shop. I did not list it on marketplace I just advertised it on my am A M Lloyd Designs page. They said they would pay through PayPal and then sent an email with a link to "verify my ID" PayPal does not send such emails and when accessing the account directly, no activity had been logged and no payments or other things were pending. If you get these kind of messages, please be careful and be sure to double check everything before shipping an item or before giving personal information even if it is quote unquote to verify your ID. This is a big reason why I try to limit my business to local pickup and payment. I know that is a hindrance but dealing with just one of these scams took hours of my time answering constant messages and I had even wrapped the item and taken it to the post office to give them a cost on the shipping. I am literally exhausted from answering a message every 5 or 10 minutes asking if I had shipped it yet. Part of the reason I knew there had to be an issue was because of the urgency and constant overwhelming messages. I know this is a long post and I apologize for it but if one person doesn't go through what I went through it will be worth it

I'm feeling a little under the weather this morning. Just moving a little slow and battling a little vertigo. I should be into the shop by 11:00, however. Hopefully everyone is having a good morning and getting their day off to a good start.

I love this old Sarah Coventry jewelry. I just have to keep reminding myself that the 1960s wasn't 40 years ago! This is an absolutely lovely necklace with a very nice chain. It would make a wonderful gift for someone who enjoys vintage jewelry at its finest...
