Camera roll dump just for fun 🤩

Some of my favorite memories around Providence and beyond ❤️

- Taking my daughter Jolene to the Providence Children’s Museum
- An impromptu picnic after picking up the kids up from daycare
- My son Max’s first birthday 😭🎂
- Soft shell crabs from (the best!)
- Driving down to Napatree Point in Westerly for a Mother’s Day picnic on the beach (and a cold dip for Jolene!)
-Lunch dates at (our go-to spot!)
- visiting Sam’s show
- the most amazing & decadent breakfast sandwich
- so many rainy walks & sunny strolls! So happy to be back outside after the winter we had ☀️

That is Providence, RI for me. Real life in between the showings, closings, negotiations & listings.

Hope Village doesn’t give these up often.

Comment LISTING and I’ll send you the full details on this fabulous condo on the East Side of Providence.

Here’s what makes this 35 Exeter Street, Unit #3 special:

Character in every corner — from the custom built-ins to the curated color palette.

The eat-in kitchen was made for lingering over a long meal with the people you love most.

The bedrooms are cozy and quiet — the kind you actually want to come home to.

The private porch is your morning ritual: coffee, treetop views, and zero interruptions.

The bonus 4th-floor suite is whatever you need it to be — primary bedroom, music room, art studio, home office, or the best game-day setup on the East Side.

It’s tucked into Hope Village, one of the most sought-after pockets in Providence, RI. Steps from Lippitt Park, Blackstone Boulevard, and the best local restaurants and boutiques the city has to offer.

If you’ve been watching the Providence market waiting for the right one — this is it. See it in person before it’s gone.

Last-minute Valentine’s Day shopping, but make it thoughtful ❤️

– Specialty snacks, beautiful pantry staples, and a an amazing selection of chocolate says I didn’t wait until CVS.

– Gorgeous cookbooks, kitchen tools, and elevated home goods for the Valentine who loves to host (or be hosted). Plus lots of local chocolate!

– Artful & fun home pieces, clothing and unique little finds that feel personal.

– Curated & gorgeous pieces for your home and from makers locally and afar.

– For the plant lover in your life — a gift that lasts longer than roses.

Bookstore & Bar – A great novel, a poetry collection, or a gift card for books + cocktails.

And even if you’re all set on Valentine’s Day gifts this year, these are the spots I always go for birthdays, host gifts, housewarmings and just-because surprises.

When people ask me what makes Providence, RI feel like home during the winter, these super cozy spots come to mind!

🍜 I’ll eat hot soup year-round, but winter is when it really hits. ramen = ultimate comfort food.

🔥 Is there anything cozier than a restaurant with a fireplace? has one in the dining room and a wood-burning fire in the kitchen, all tucked inside an old gatehouse. So good.

🍗 is a welcoming neighborhood spot with cozy tables, southern comfort food and the kind of place you want to hang out for a while.

🥃 The East End is dark and moody in the best way. Great Manhattans and delicious food. I recommend sitting in one of their super comfy bar seats!

🥗 New Rivers does seasonal dishes in a super cozy, tavern-style space inside an old iron warehouse. Feels like winter in the best way. Be sure to order their New River’s Rolls!

☕️Aleppo’s Sweets forever. The red lentil soup + a hot pot of tea makes this my go-to winter lunch spot. Plus you have to try their baklava!

What would you add to the list?

I always say the where can eat matters (almost) as the house itself.
