The time has come⌠First Friday Poughkeepsie IS BACK! Weâll be participating along with 20 of our closest neighbors in Downtown Poughkeepsie! Not only are we staying open late, weâll have special guests in the shop. Browse our collection while listening to internationally recognized, award-winning harpist Elizabeth Ojeda-Petito (bio below) and enjoy free mini-tarot readings by Kim of the Green Kauldron!
There will also be live music and activities in Mural Square and free yoga in the courtyard at 6:30 and 8pm. (Mats provided.) Come out!

Elizabeth Ojeda-Petito is an internationally recognized, award-winning harpist. A graduate of the Eastman School of Music, she earned advanced degrees in Harp Performance and Literature, and was awarded the institutionâs prestigious Performerâs Certificate for ââŚ.outstanding performance abilityâ.
She made her Carnegie Hall debut at age 11, and has since performed extensively with ensembles and orchestras alike. A sought-after collaborator, she was recently featured in the world premiere of âLetters to Georgiaâ by Kevin Puts at Lincoln Center, performing alongside Grammy-award winning soprano RenĂŠe Fleming. Her recent work also extends to screen, with credits including âStar Trek: Discoveryâ.
Dr. Ojeda-Petito has held faculty and professorial appointments at the Eastman School of Music, Syracuse University, Roberts Wesleyan University, and Columbia University, where she earned her E.d.D. in music education.
