I’m bringing back my harvest and holiday season simmer pot kits with a brand new look. First up is Abundance & Harvest Warmth, featuring: orange slices, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, star anise, and bay leaves.

Test burning new candles made with Mouldd candle-safe resin. The wicking is a challenge.

Why does one candle have two wicks? The first tunneled, so I stuck in a second, larger wick to get it to burn, just so I could enjoy it. Clearly I need to upsize that wick. 😒

I don’t know if I’ll be selling these types of candles yet. The resin is not very economical though it is fun. I’ve reached out to the company about a wholesale account but so far, crickets.

At any rate, there is something so satisfying about making both your candle and the container which houses it 💗

Local friends, join Mary Kay representative Margaret Finen and myself at the healing arts center for free facials, light snacks and pampering, while Margaret shares information about this established brand of makeup and skincare, including their new line of Korean skincare products.

MK is evolving, and I’ve been so impressed with the products I’ve tried, particularly the new stick eyeshadow which is super easy to use and lasts all day.

I’m not normally an MLM girlie; however, Margaret is so passionate about helping people feel good in their skin, not only through her products but also the care she invests during her facials. I love that this brand is incorporating Korean skincare and new makeup products that are perfect for people like me who only have a few minutes each morning to go from waking up to glow up 💗

I’m excited to learn her techniques and add the facials to my aromatherapy hand treatments.
