Our wholesale trade shop has always prided itself on being on the forefront of today’s technology, from our 2 Revo mills, Custom CAD and milling, down to our 2 Laser welders. And now we are proud to introduce our new 3Z wax growing machine. This new innovation in wax printing technology allows us the ability to create high-precision custom wax molds. The 3Z printer combines the art of fine jewelry design with the capability of high precision 3D printing.

This high tech machinery will help us at Four Decades serve your customers needs by allowing us the capability to produce extremely smooth jewelry wax patterns that accurately reproduce the most intricate of geometries, without the need for manual refining. Both materials offer superior casting properties, fast melt out, no ash or residue, and no thermal expansion.

This new innovative machinery is so fascinating we welcome you to come into the shop and see it for yourself!
