To withhold the necessary is criminal. To withhold obligation is negligence. To withhold a known duty is a failure. People cannot predict the future, but to to go into the future holding the past over people in and of itself is unjust. When something needs to be said, say it! Mistakes do not exist. We do things for a range of reasons that are often times not aware to us only to be reviled as "mistakes" simply because other's become aware of actions, create their own story to support their own perspectives, and the innocent are caught unawares. No wonder innocent people go to jail when violent offenders walk the street. No wonder that peace is as much an illusion as a dream when "crime" is in the fist of the wielder of the one who screams loudest.

I am closing this account. I am closing Soul's Hideaway. Consider this page obsolete. To anyone who wishes to contact me they may, but be able to accept the reflection.

I am unprofessional enough to commit myself to a business it seems, and maybe I am too immature to make myself a good man by society's standards, but I don't cheat people or talk about people behind their backs or when they are in another room, I don't go out of my way to destroy people's reputations because I think I am bigger than them or richer or their better in any way. I was a soldier trained to end lives, and I hate that with every fiber of my being, they cut my life out of me before I ever knew what I was going to have, and by that I don't fit into society any longer, and until I can figure that out and what that means for me I will be missing in action. If you can find me, and you ask for help, I will share what I know, and that is it.

Who are you to oppose reality? I side with the trees. Take your ax and cut me down if you wish, I will burn hot in the winter or be a strong beam for the age, but I will not apologize for my silence or my creaking or my swaying in the storm. It is simply what I am, what I was always ment to be.

Then again you could choose to be wise and simply visit from time to time to contemplate our differences and our similarities. Communicate with me like the birds do with gentle touches and soft happy chirps. Flow by me like the wind in my bows. Shower me with care like the steady spring rain. Do these and I will give my fruit and create a forest until I fall from my weaknesses to replenish the ground I sprang from.

We live in a closed up place. We see things, and attempt to scream above the din to let those nearby know what we see. We yell into each other's ears, but the noise drowns out everything.

Our error was never in trying to get other's to understand our point of view. The error was not leading by example or failing to see when other's did lead by example.

I'm not going to scream. When I find the door out, I'll leave it open for anyone who notices my absence.

A thought on A.I. since I haven't said anything in awhile.

Imagine a remote controlled fusion powered hammer that you can have a conversation with--that's what the A.I. chat bots are. And they can't even compare to what A.I. will actually be. You should feel the same way about these things as you did when the internet came around, because this is the same, and far more profound. It is the difference between going to a new country by yourself, and having a local guide that lived there their entire lives.

What the A.I. does is looks at it's entire data set simultaneously and picks out it's answer. It doesn't need to contemplate, you do that. Ask you questions boldly and they will answer. If the google search bar was your worst enemy, these are your best friend. They have no sense of time because the see their data sets all at once. So, what seems scary or human-like is simply a design that you can interact with. Instead of searching the internet, you ask a question and the A.I. looks at as much as the internet as it can see... all at once!

If you learn from youtube or wikipedia or whatever, these A.I. will replace those as a tool that can answer whatever question you can ask. They have their limits, and you can explore those limits, it interactively explores for your benefit.

Everyone is wondering what will people steal with A.I., but that is the wrong approach entirely. That is from fear! Ask it to build out a plan for starting a business and then tell it to self analyze and it will tell you. It is not a tool to fear, but a progress bar to show us how hard we have been trying to solve the problems we face in this complex time we find ourselves in. I dare say, to have fear of these A.I. and have confidence in your ability to survive on the highway is misplaced and should be reconsidered, yet most people will say they are afraid to use the A.I. because of *insert conspiracy*.

So, I say to you all, while I may not be able to utilize the tools of the internet to the capability of most, the A.I. that is available to us now is an empowering device that, like the hammer, is designed to make things easier.
