This isn’t my usual post…

Lately, being a business owner has felt a little defeating. The economy is rough, and this rollercoaster isn’t for the weak. On top of that, I’m trying to prioritize my health, which, let’s be real, doesn’t make things any easier mentally either.

And then… something small hits, but it hits hard.

I got a message from a customer about an issue with a product (the customer was amazing and did not give me a hard time at all). But the product was from a supplier I trusted. And if you know me, you know quality isn’t optional, it’s everything.

I handled it. I took care of my customer. I reached out to the supplier.

But it still makes you pause.
It makes you question.
It makes you second guess things you normally wouldn’t.

This part of owning a business isn’t talked about enough.

But one thing about me…

I don’t ignore problems.
I don’t make excuses.
And I don’t sell anything I don’t stand behind.

Because my name, my business, and my standards?

They’re not negotiable. 🤍
