Signature A R C B A R • entirely made by hand, from scratch.
I make each and every Arc Bar entirely by hand, from start to finish, using only premium 14k Gold-Fill or Solid Sterling Silver wire. There are no molds, no castings, and no mass-produced components involved. Every piece begins simply as raw wire and is transformed, shaped, and refined entirely by hand - which is a true reflection of the craftsmanship behind its price point.
The process begins with carefully forming and shaping the wire, followed by precise drilling, refining, buffing, and polishing. Each piece then receives a final mirror polish to achieve that exceptionally smooth, luminous finish.
It is a labor-intensive, multi-stage process where every curve, surface, and detail is individually worked by hand. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just hours of meticulous craftsmanship poured into a single piece.
