LOTR 💍 NAZGÛL🩸🗡️ inspired bookmark! A dark and wicked 😈 project from the bead bucket (check out my highlight “BeadBucketProjs” for a more detailed mini bookmark tutorial)
I used:
1. Orante steel “bookmark blank”
2. Steel chain
3. Head pins
4. Jump rings
5. Round nose pliers
6. Flat nose pliers
7. Chain clippers

A sparkly little charm for the car ✨🚘 another fun project from the bead bucket 🥰 what to use?
-A fun 22mm+ charm with holes so you can attach chain and/or jump rings to it
-Chain of your liking
-Metal head pins to make each bead into a charm
-Chain Nose pliers to open rings and/or chain
-Round Nose pliers for making loops
-A top drilled, chandelier type, sun catcher crystal
-Jump rings
-Lobster claw to connect the top portion of chain around your mirror
-BEADS 😍✨🌈🥳

A versatile tool-round nose pliers!
Versatile findings-Eye pins and head pins!
*Eye pins come with a pre-done loop on one end (the eye) and are mainly used to stack beads, make another loop, and connect them on each side to other loops, rings, hoops, etc.
*Head pins come with a flat or ball end and are designed to fashion beads into ending dangles after making your own loop on the opposite end
Most head and eye pins come in a standard about 21G thickness but you can order pins specifically in a smaller or larger gauge if so desired. They also come in different lengths! You can order them to fit a specific bead size if working on large projects so you don’t have to clip them.
*Round nose pliers - are made with two rounded plier ends that start large at the handle end and taper toward the tips. You can use this tool to make loops of all sizes! It all depends on the length of wire you have and where on the end you place your wire for bending.
When making loops on your wire start at a larger circumference on the ends then you think you need. Then you can slowly inch out the tool smaller and smaller as you form the loops to make them nicely shaped 🥰
Lastly! There are all kinds of other tools out there that make fashioning these particular loops “easier” or even “automatic” but trust me it’s a great tool to have if your a jewelry maker/beader!

Yard sales are a format in which I’m trying to get rid of mixed beads, broken strands, and tiny amounts of things I’ve found in my stocks that are just not enough to spend the time and effort reorganizing and pricing! I sell them all at SUPER DISCOUNTED SLASHED PRICE. I don’t clean them, re-bag them, or anything else! They come AS IS from our crazy thrifted stocks. The beads themselves are always in wonderful condition but def need a new bag and maybe a little soap and water, soooomtimes! I’ve shared this one before but it’s just sooooo dang useful! I use it ALL THE TIME. I restring A LOT of things for customers.
This will ONLY WORK on beads of the same size and shape! Stack them tight on the sting you’re taking them off then squeeze a section between your fingers to keep them in line as you pull the string out. Then simply restring on your new material! Simple as pie 🥧🥰 enjoy!
