e based on items in your basket. You will be invoiced on Sunday evening to the email address you provided with a payment due NO later than Tuesday of the following week at 5:00pm. Requests of specific likes or favorites are always welcome. Please private message us on Messenger or request during our Live shows. Any free piece won will be charged a shipping fee depending on the amount of pieces. Items cannot be requested, as they are randomly selected. Shipping charges are as follows:
1-5 items: $4.00
6-12 items: $6.00
13 or more items: $8.00

Upon receipt of jewelry, if item is damaged or broken, we will replace free of charge with similar or like piece. Booking a Party:
The purpose of the party is to both reward you for inviting new customers to our business, as well as earning gaining new friends for Char-Mella’s Jewels. You earn 2 free pieces for hosting, 1 for every 10 we sell , and one if someone books a show from your show and completes it! Click on the calendar next to the “Follow” button on our main page to schedule a date and time! The party will be a week long starting on a Monday and ending Sunday at 4:00pm. Your friends and family can shop live, pre-claims, pop ups or our website. All purchased pieces will count toward your free jewelry! Stipulations for holding a party:
-You must have a minimum of 10 of your friends RSVP to the event
-Please tell everyone you invite that the purpose of the party is introducing your friends and family to Char-Mella’s Jewels and sharing in the fun and fashionable $5.00 jewelry. Not only to gain long time customers, but also to award you with free jewelry for hosting a party.
-Invite and maintain your invitations, follow up with your invites and explain your purpose of sharing and having a party. The more of your friends and family you invite, the better successful party you will have!
-Invite as many people as you can, even if you don’t think they’ll come. The party is to benefit both yourself and Char-Mella’s Jewels.
-DO NOT rely on Char-Mella’s Jewels customers to support your party; your guests should be the main attendees during your show. Claiming Items:
