okay, I am gonna rant now. We placed a shipment via Fedex express to our customer, they paid the shipping charge, now Fedex is charging us $14.95 for a pick-up fee. So, we called fedex no one knows how these things work, but, say we need to pay that amount. We were transferred several times and each time, the person on the phone (once we got past the robot person), they said they don't know, but we still need to pay. The item shipped didn't even cost $14.95. This is crazy!!!!!!!!!!
