This 14k yellow gold engagement ring has a 2.71ct G/VS2 emerald diamond and two tapered baguettes sunken into band. It’s a flat profile tapered band with a basket setting. The real show-stopper is the 3/4 eternity hand engraving & milgrain work along the band 👏
