Crystal Fam...unfortunately someone canceled around $600 worth of crystals that I have had sitting here for about 3 months. I absolutely despise making these kinds of posts but I have to at this point. PLEASE PLEASE PLLLEASSSEEEE understand that this is not a hobby for me. This is my business, my source of income, this is how I pay medical bills (they rack up monthly pretty quickly), medication and help with household expenses. When orders like these get canceled it not only takes away from my ability to do that but also creates a ton more work for me in addition. I have to re-inventory those items, they have taken up space on the shelves where other orders could have been held, and I am now stuck with additional inventory. Some of these claimed items were wanted by others and I had to order more to fulfill their orders when they simply could have had the one they wanted at the time of the show. When something is claimed it becomes unavailable. So more work, more money out of pocket and now lost revenue. Guys...I cannot stress this enough. PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM ITEMS YOU CANNOT PAY FOR. We do EVERYTHING we can to work with everyone. I have pushed far surpassed time frames, adjusted personal payment plans, I have been given every excuse in the book from lots of people (some repeatedly.) I truly understand that things happen but I know feel like I am being consistently taken advantage of. I don't want to point fingers or name names because that is not who I am...but I can't allow this to happen anymore. We still have 13 past due some of which are so past due that I am honestly just considering putting purchase bans out. These unpaid invoices tally quite a chunk of money that is supposed to be used for bringing in some massive stock for transport fees. So, now...our ability to do this is hindered which means things will be delayed and it is our Crystal Fam that suffers. I can't run this like this. It is hurting me, my family and our crystal family. So again, PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM ITEMS YOU CANNOT PAY FOR. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE ONE WEEK PAYMENT REQUIREMENT. IF THERE IS A PAYMENT PLAN IN PLACE, PLEASE KEEP UP WITH YOUR PAYMENTS. I have two options...either start adding late fees weekly or put the purchase bans out. I don't want to do either. So guys please don't make me do those things. This is my place of happy with friends and family. I look forward to our Friday nights and hanging out with and joking with everyone. But this is becoming difficult and I am such an easy going person. So for me to say that I am slowly tapping out makes me really sad. Let me put it into perspective...for those that have a job. Say you worked your t***y off all week long...say you've skipped holidays and get togethers...say you've put in massive overtime with no lunch break. And then when pay day comes...there is no check. Your boss decides..."ehhh...not this week...sorry." Or oh hey "I know you worked hard buttttt I can't pay you, I have other obligations." "Oh and by the way I am going to need you back at work next week to do it all again..still not sure if I can pay you...but be here or else." This is what it is like. I bust my butt not only because I love my job and am passionate about it...but because of all of you. I want you all to be happy, to smile, to get some joy while you have access to grabbing the crystals you want. We give so much away for free and ughhh...I just don't know. I guess that's what it boils down to...I feel disrespected and taken advantage of and it's happening more and more. I DO NOT want to put on the "strictly business owner hat" that is not why I got into this. I got into this for community and love. So guys please...pay your invoices. Don't make me chase you. And the enforcement of 3 cancelled orders resulting in a purchase ban is FIRM. No more. We've only had to do it a few times but I don't know what else to do. Sorry for the rant all...I'm just defeated over here. Don't worry I will bounce back.... ;) I always do. But please ask yourself...if the tides were turned and someone did this to you...how would you feel? A little self reflection goes a long way. Okay that's it...again sorry for the lengthy post...but it needs to be said. I will be posting the items from that order to be up for grabs if anyone recognizes something they originally wanted and couldn't get at the time because someone else claimed it. To those of you who handle your "business and orders" in a timely fashion...thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. You keep me going, you keep my faith that this isn't all for nothing and that my hard work doesn't go unnoticed. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. Okay...I swear I am done now. Pitty party over lol. Back to work! xo
