This is the kind of thing that makes me protective of this industry.
A client should never walk away thinking permanent jewelry ādoesnāt lastā because someone sold them low-quality chain under the wrong name.
And artists should not have to learn chain sourcing the hard way, after a client comes back with flaking, tarnishing, or broken jewelry.
This is why I care so much about education, transparency, and knowing exactly what you are putting on someoneās body.
Because your client is not just buying a bracelet. They are trusting your judgment.
Have you ever had a client come to you with chain that was sold as something it clearly wasnāt?
