Lots of new followers lately, so time for a reintroduction! I'm Luana (Lou-ah-nah) and am originally from Hawai'i. My mom was an artist and my father a builder & craftsman (both with a passion for horticulture & botany), and I've followed in their footsteps.
I am the lead goldsmith & designer here, and if you're familiar with my work, I too am fascinated with the earth and all it's wonders. Aside from my jewelry designs, you will also find my love for nature expressed in my herbalism skills (not shared much here on FB). I have been practicing the craft for over a decade and am currently enrolled in a year-long herbalism course, which takes up most me time outside of the jewelry studio. At my last house, I had a full herbalist garden, I feel kinda bad for whoever inherited my nettles patch after we moved out.
Also inherited from my parents is my passion for international travel. I keep trying to travel to as many countries as my age (I'm still about 8 away...) I'll get to dip my toes in some new locations later this year, more on that another time!
