This update comes directly from Kelsey Wallace, President of the Alaska Native Heritage Center, who confirmed this information with the Association of Village Council Presidents (AVCP) in Bethel.

🚫 Please STOP donating used items for now — both within Bethel and from outside of Bethel. The community is currently inundated with donations and working hard to organize what has already arrived.

💙 A huge thank you to everyone who has already donated — your generosity and compassion have been incredible.

AVCP is now requesting NEW, essential items only, which can be sent or dropped off at Lynden Air Cargo.

📦 Please label boxes clearly on the top with what’s inside.
