School is BACK… and you know what that means. 👀🏈⚾️

It’s officially time to pull out the school colors because Friday night lights, game days, packed bleachers and cheering way too loud for our kids are BACK! ❤️💙

And if you’re a sports mom, grandma, aunt, sister—or just the family member who NEVER misses a game—you already know…

When they play, we show up. ❤️

We show up for the practices.
We show up for the home games.
We travel to the away games.
We sit through the heat, the cold and everything Missouri weather decides to throw at us. 😂

And you better believe we’re going to show up wearing our school colors!

That’s exactly what inspired these Branson Pirates and Hollister Tigers spirit earrings. 🏴‍☠️🐯

I wanted to create something fun for our local sports moms and families to wear while supporting the students they love—whether you’re headed to a football game under the Friday night lights, spending the day at the baseball field, or cheering from the stands at another school event.

Because school spirit isn’t just for the students. 😉

And this is just the beginning because I would LOVE to create more designs for different sports throughout the school year.

There’s something really special to me about creating handmade jewelry right here in Branson, Missouri that our local families can wear while making memories and supporting their kids.

Someday the uniforms get put away.

The Friday night games end.

The seasons change.

But right now? We get to be the ridiculously proud people in the stands. 🥹❤️

Not every piece goes according to plan…

Halfway through making these earrings, they broke.

For a split second I thought, “Well… there goes that pair.”

But then I realized something.

This was actually the perfect reminder of what handmade really means.

There isn’t a machine making these. There isn’t a factory pumping out hundreds at a time. It’s just me, my tools, and a willingness to start over when something isn’t right.

So I took a “before” photo, fixed them, and captured the “after.”

Sometimes creating isn’t about getting it perfect the first time. It’s about caring enough to make it right.

I think that’s what makes handmade so special.

One of my sweet clients purchased one of my handmade necklaces as a gift for her mom.

A few weeks later she reached out with the biggest smile and told me, “My mom absolutely loves her necklace. She’s been wearing it all the time—it’s one of her favorite pieces.”

Then came the question that made my heart so happy…

“Could you make her a matching pair of earrings?”

Of course. 🤍

Lately I’ve been challenging myself to create with what I already have in my studio instead of constantly buying new supplies. I have so many beautiful beads just waiting for the right project, and this felt like the perfect opportunity to let creativity lead the way.

I dug through my collection, mixed and matched colors and textures, and little by little, the perfect pair came together. Every bead was chosen with her necklace in mind, creating earrings that feel like they were always meant to be part of the set.

This is why I love what I do.

A necklace became a favorite. A favorite became a matching set. And beads that had been patiently waiting finally found the person they belonged to.

That’s the beauty of handmade. Every piece has a story long before it’s ever worn. ✨🤍
