the studio feels so quiet without you, julio. it’s wild how my whole art thing basically matched your last few years — like it happened just so we could spend every single day together. mostly you snoring, those little circles you’d do before going outside, that was everything.

Soapbox moment 🌀 or maybe just a little rant. 😅 I know handmade isn’t in everyone’s budget, but I’ve watched so many people share haul videos filled with trendy pieces that will wear out or end up in landfills by spring.

When you choose handmade, you’re not just paying for a product—you’re paying for time, craft, and intention. For something made to last.

That’s always been the heart of what I do, and I hope people continue to support makers who pour that kind of care into their work. 💫

I’m ending my journey as a full-time artist. This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s the right one.

I’m so grateful for every person who supported me. The connections I made and the trust you placed in me – those moments are what I’ll carry forward.

The goal was to grow online sales and pull back from endless markets. We made progress with engagement, but the sales didn’t follow. Sometimes you do everything you can and it’s still not the right fit. I’m taking this as a sign to shuffle things up.

I’m also dealing with some strange health issues, so I’ll be taking a break from everything for a bit. If you need to connect with me, use my website.

What’s next: I’m searching for remote work while keeping creativity alive. My studio stays open for permanent jewelry appointments starting January 12th, and the website stays active with limited new pieces. If we discussed a custom piece, it will be finished with the same love and care.

Over the next week, I’ll be sharing a few final posts and something special I’ve been working on as I wrap things up — so stay tuned. 💫
