We start with solid blocks of aluminum and bring them to life with custom designs engraved using our CNC machine. From there, molten material is injected into the mold, filling every cavity to produce a clean, consistent finish across every production run.

Lost-wax casting is over 5,000 years old and remains one of the most reliable methods for making detailed metalwork. The process begins as a detailed wax sculpture, encased in investment material to form a mold. The wax is burned away, leaving an empty space that is filled with molten metal. The result is a casting that preserves every detail of the original design.
